πΏ Nutritious Chocolate Mousse
(No-Cook, Blender Recipe)
Creamy β’ Naturally Sweet β’ Dairy-Free β’ Refined-Sugar-Free

2β3 portions
π Ingredients
1 ripe banana π
1 ripe avocado π₯
2 tbsp raw cacao powder π«
2 tbsp ground almonds or almond butter
60β120 ml unsweetened almond milk (to desired thickness)
Optional:
1β2 soaked dates or a drizzle of raw honey (for extra sweetness)
Pinch of sea salt (brings out the chocolate)
Β½ tsp vanilla or cinnamon
π Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Taste and adjust β more cacao for richness, more almond milk for softness.
Chill for 20β30 minutes for a firmer mousse (optional but lovely).
β¨ To Serve
Spoon into small bowls or glasses
Top with crushed almonds, cacao nibs, or fresh berries
Serve mindfully β a little goes a long way π
