🌿 Nutritious Chocolate Mousse
(No-Cook, Blender Recipe)
Creamy • Naturally Sweet • Dairy-Free • Refined-Sugar-Free
🥣 Serves
2–3 portions
🛒 Ingredients
1 ripe banana 🍌
1 ripe avocado 🥑
2 tbsp raw cacao powder 🍫
2 tbsp ground almonds or almond butter
60–120 ml unsweetened almond milk (to desired thickness)
Optional:
1–2 soaked dates or a drizzle of raw honey (for extra sweetness)
Pinch of sea salt (brings out the chocolate)
½ tsp vanilla or cinnamon
🔄 Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
Taste and adjust — more cacao for richness, more almond milk for softness.
Chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer mousse (optional but lovely).
✨ To Serve
Spoon into small bowls or glasses
Top with crushed almonds, cacao nibs, or fresh berries
Serve mindfully — a little goes a long way 💛
