Grebe Gables is a cosy self contained apartment within Mill Lake Retreat for a romantic getaway or a single persons retreat. Step outside to spectacular views over sweeping grounds to a large lake. Enjoy a games lawn, full kitchen, lake cabin, and yoga landing.
Walk to cafés, pubs, and shops, or drive 5 minutes to many beaches and activities. Book water sports at the Curve Aqua Park, or Body & Breath work, healing massages or an array of WellBeing workshops with Michele.

RELAXING MASSAGE
Enjoy 60 minutes of sheer indulgence with a deeply relaxing massage offered in the tranquil Lake House Spa Sanctuary at Mill Lake Retreat. This soothing session is designed to melt tension, calm the nervous system, and gently restore balance — all within a peaceful, private lakeside setting. These sessions are offered for women only, creating a safe and nurturing space for deep rest and relaxation. If preferred, your session can be swapped for Healing Touch, emotional release, or supportive coaching, allowing the experience to meet you exactly where you are.
SPA SANCTUARY
Welcome to the Spa Sanctuary at Mill Lake Retreat — a peaceful lakeside space for soaking, stretching, and switching off. Sink into a large wood-fired hot tub under open skies by day or stars by night, then unwind on the deck for yoga, breathwork, or bodywork. Between soaks, slow right down on loungers, hammocks, and comfy chairs, with the lake nearby and time gently forgotten.

HEALING TOUCH & EMOTIONAL RELEASE

These body and breathwork sessions use gentle, flowing movement to reconnect us with natural breathing patterns, supporting regulation of the nervous system and improving oxygen exchange throughout the body.
Through slow, mindful movement, breath becomes a powerful tool to support physical ease, emotional balance, and mental clarity, activating the parasympathetic “rest and restore” response. The practices are simple, nurturing, and fully adaptable, making them suitable for all ages, abilities, and levels of experience. Ideal for stress reduction, improved mobility, and overall wellbeing, these sessions offer a safe, evidence-informed way to feel more grounded, present, and resilient. Learn how to make healing balms and know how to use everyday ingredient as an amazing first aid. Discover how to create healing drinks and how to prepare nutritious delicious dishes.
Kitchen Pharmacy & Edible Gardens offers three hours packed with practical ideas, simple wisdom, and hands-on inspiration for using everyday foods as gentle support for health and wellbeing. You will explore how familiar cupboard ingredients and easy-to-grow plants, even those grown on a windowsill, can become part of your own kitchen pharmacy. The experience is relaxed, informative, and empowering, helping you turn your kitchen into a place of healing, confidence, and enjoyment.
